Cruisin Classics is excited to present to you this exceptionally cool and brutally fast 2013 Ford Mustang Boss 302. Ford originally produced the Boss 302 Mustang back in 1969 and 1970 to meet homologation requirements to compete in Trans Am racing and the name became a muscle car legend. Ford decided to revive the nameplate for a track-focused limited-production variant of the 5th generation Mustang in 2012 and 2013. Only 3,553 Boss 302's were made in 2013 and this is one of those special cars! This particular example boasts a mere 14,186 miles, a clean CarFax, and some well-chosen performance upgrades that set it apart from the crowd. Let's take a closer look at this stunning Mustang...
This Mustang is one of 792 ""Gotta Have It Green"" cars and it comes to us wearing it's original factory paint in very high driver condition (we only found a couple miniscule imperfections after a thorough search). The hood features louvered vents and reflective matte black stripes that continue onto the fenders with a ""BOSS 302"" call-out. Up front is a black honeycomb grille with air intakes and a running pony badge flanked by HID projector headlamps. Below are another black grille, a front license plate holder, and a sporty black chin spoiler. Moving around to the side of the car, the aggressive slightly lowered stance comes into view. The green and black theme continues with body-color side mirrors and door handles, tinted windows, and black decorative fastback sail panel covers. This Mustang sits atop a great-looking set of staggered grey Forgestar wheels all wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires (255/40 ZR19 – front, 315/30 ZR20 – rear). The gas fill door on the drivers rear quarter covers an ""Easy Fuel"" capless filler with a reminder that this pony only drinks 93 octane. Muscular good looks continue around back with a black decklid spoiler, iconic Mustang triple-taillights, a centered chrome faux gas cap with pony badge, a diffuser-style lower rear fascia, and a pair of black STR exhaust tips.
Prepare for your heart rate to jump when you open the hood of this green beast! The first thing you'll notice under the hood is just how clean and new everything looks – this is definitely a very low mileage car. The star of the show is a 5.0 litre high-performance Coyote V8 that was factory-rated at 444 hp. Still want some more horsepower? Well, this Mustang has that covered thanks to a professionally installed Procharger supercharger and a tune that raise the output to an impressive 605hp! We do have a dyno report and SCT scan-tool loaded with the tune, and both come with the car. The V-8 is topped with a black engine cover with a ""BOSS 302"" call-out and a special production plaque that shows this was the 1,126th to roll off the line. Flanking the engine cover are blue fuel rail covers embossed with ""Powered by Ford"". The polished supercharger and it's bracket both gleam in the light up front on the drivers side. While under the hood, you'll notice that this car is equipped with electronic power assisted steering, air conditioning, a K&N air filter intake, and fuel injection. The rowdy V-8 is mated up to a 6-speed manual transmission that sends power to the rear wheels via a solid rear axle with a 3.73 Torsen limited slip differential. The quad exhaust system is made up of two standard Mustang GT outlets and two side pipes that exit on either side of the rear crossover. The side pipes send the exhaust through removable metal ""attenuation"" discs to reinforce the exhaust sound – and man, does it sound good! Stopping power is provided by 4-wheel power disc brakes (black Brembo calipers up front) with ABS. The Boss 302 suspension supplemented the Mustang GT's with higher-rate coil springs, stiffer bushings, and a larger diameter rear stabilizer bar, and was dropped by a bit less than 1/2"" in the front to evoke the stance of the original. An intermediate sport mode was added to the standard Mustang traction control system and electronic stability control programs to allow for more flexibility on the track. Adding some extra stability under the hood is a side-to-side shock tower support.
Swing open the drivers door to find a like-new black interior that's packed with creature-comforts and amenities. The plastic and cloth door panels offer both power windows and power locks. An aftermarket ""BOSS 302"" green-lit sill plate invites you in for a thrilling driving experience. Up front are two black cloth Recaro sport seats with nice high bolsters and BOSS 302 embroidery on the backs (a $1,995 option when new!). Both the front bucket seats are manually adjustable. In the rear are two rather small seats with fold-down backs and headrests. Splitting the front buckets is a center console with a storage box, cupholders with a ""BOSS"" flip-open cover door, a stitched emergency brake handle, a Barton short-throw shifter for the 6-speed with a stitched boot and a green ""BOSS 302"" pattern knob, and buttons for hazard lights, trunk release, and traction control. The driver is treated to an Alcantara suede steering wheel (on a tilt column) that offers finger touch controls for cruise control, info-screen, Bluetooth, and the stereo. Up ahead is a black dash with a bezel that looks like machine-turned carbon-fiber – a pretty cool look. Ahead of the wheel are a 180mph speedometer, a 9K tachometer and gauges for fuel and temp. between the speedo and tach is an information screen that offers pages for gauge mode, fuel economy, track apps, settings, and information. It's really pretty amazing how much is available on the little screen. In the center of the dash is a factory AM/FM/CD/BT/ SAT-capable stereo that sounds spectacular. Under the stereo are simple, easy-to-use HVAC controls that pump out cold A/C and hot heat on demand. Ahead of the passenger is a glovebox that contains a controller for a Kenne Bell ""Boost-A-Pump"" and an original owners manual portfolio. Overhead you'll find a tight headliner and front map lights while underfoot is nice black factory carpet topped with carpeted logo mats. While you're looking down, notice the sporty aluminum pedals for the driver. While this Mustang is built for speed and performance, it's also loaded with safety features like dual front and side airbags, latch child safety system, anti-theft system, tire pressure monitor system, Advancetrac, and SOS post-crash alert system. There's also a feature called MYKey, which allows the owner to program limits for things like speed and stereo volume so less experienced drivers don't get carried away. Back in the carpeted trunk you'll find the aforementioned SCT Scan-tool, a quart of oil, a bottle of supercharger lubricant, a car cover, several new Boss 302 t-shirts, the original factory sill plates, extra fuses, a different set of carpeted logo floormats, and a slightly taller replacement antenna. This Mustang also comes with some highly desirable extras like the original window sticker, a Production Certificate, and the ""Boss Owners Kit"" (a box that contains a coffee table book, a DVD, a digital parts catalog, a keychain, and a poster). The car also comes with a Track Key, but it is NOT to be used as it will nullify the current higher horsepower tune.
Whether you're a Mustang collector or a muscle car enthusiast with a passion for speed and performance, you're going to love this low-mileage Boss 302! This is a stunning example with high-quality upgrades, a great color combo, a clean CarFax, and all of the collectible extras from it's original purchase! This Mustang surely won't be here for long, so don't hesitate – give our friendly staff a call today and make it your own!

Here at Cruisin Classics, we understand that you have many options when choosing where you purchase your classic, muscle or collector car and we would like to thank you for considering us.
Cruisin Classics has been buying and selling cars for many years.. The majority were your average daily drivers but our passion has always been in muscle cars and hot rods so in 1996, Cruisin Classics built a 56,000 sq.ft. showroom located in Columbus, OH that they still operate out of today. All of our vehicles are hand-picked and selected to ensure they fit our inventory. This facility is now arguably one of the best-stocked collections for sale in the US housing hundreds of unique automobiles all under one roof. We invite you to our facility! There is something for everybody when you come to visit.
After years of serving as central Ohio's premiere classic car dealer at Cruisin Classics Auto Sales, we saw an unfulfilled need that was not being met for our clients. We loved helping match our clients with the classic and American muscle cars of their dreams. But what about after the purchase? We recognized that our clients needed a trusted resource to continue to care for their classic vehicles. It did not sit well with us that our valued clients and their incredible vehicles were being outsourced to, sometimes several, third-party resources for maintenance and performance needs. We also wanted to help the many people that we had met over the years who already owned classic vehicles which were in need of restoration, upgrades, and maintenance. Too often, we were seeing vehicles with so much potential left sitting in garages under covers because their owners did not know who to turn to for such specialized work. It is our goal to offer our clients a truly comprehensive, seamless, and enjoyable classic car ownership experience, from purchase to maintenance to storage. Thus, Cruisin Classics Performance Center was born. We have cherry-picked the most talented, experienced, and passionate team of technicians to offer our clients a true one-stop-shop solution for any and all of their classic car needs. Our honest business model has lasted almost 25 years to date and Cruisin Classics has a worldwide reputation as one of the best in the business.
Outside of the shop, this business has afforded us the opportunity to be actively involved in our community and fulfill our goal of supporting several local and national organizations that hold a special place in our hearts. We are proud sponsors of the Kiwanis Club of Columbus, the Columbus USO, Honor Flight, Special Olympics, multiple car clubs, and much more.
In conclusion, 100% customer satisfaction is our main goal. Always has been.. always will be. We would like to invite anyone considering one of our vehicles to come to our beautiful facility to inspect the car in person or send somebody on your behalf.
