Straight outta bureaucratic fantasy land comes this 2012 Ford Transit Connect XLT, and no, this isnt your average cargo van—its a $57,400 electric clown wagon, paid for by you, the American taxpayer, and used by the government for God knows what. This van was built in Turkey, shipped to the U.S. with a fat middle finger to domestic manufacturing, then upfitted by Azure Dynamics to run fully electric… because somewhere deep in a federal office, someone signed off on a pilot program with zero pilot, no flight plan, and all crash landing. Meanwhile, the gas version sat right next to it on the lot for $21,700. But why spend $21k when Uncle Sams debit card has no limit? This unit has only 10,000 original miles—because of course it does. You know it sat in a secure compound somewhere collecting dust while some government intern filed a mileage reimbursement form for a different vehicle. We have no clue what department had it, and were pretty sure they dont either. Probably ordered five of them, lost the paperwork, then funded a research study to figure out where they went. Classic. Anyway, we brought this piece of federal overspending back to life, fully serviced and PA inspected, and its honestly a solid little rig. Quiet, smooth, tight, and ready to work—or ready to be parked in front of a state building with a banner reading: ASK ME HOW THIS COST $57,000. Here at Seibels Auto Warehouse, were done pretending. We know a ridiculous backdoor deal when we see one. Were not the GSA, were not the IRS, and we sure as hell arent the EPA—we just sell iron. Priced at $10,995 — because #MrBusinessMan doesnt need a lobbyist, just a title and a truck.
