2011 Mercedes-Benz SLS - Only 4,538 Miles From New, Rare Carbon Ceramic Brakes, Highly Optioned The 2011 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG marked the beginning of an exciting new era for Mercedes-AMG. Developed as the first automobile designed entirely in-house by AMG, the SLS combined unmistakable styling inspired by the legendary 300 SL Gullwing with a lightweight aluminum structure, a naturally aspirated V8 and a sophisticated rear-mounted transaxle. Its dramatic gullwing doors and long-hood proportions made it an immediate modern icon, while its exceptional performance established it as one of the defining supercars of its generation. This outstanding 2011 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG has travelled just 4,538 miles from new. Finished in elegant Iridium Silver Metallic over a Black leather interior, it presents the SLS in a timeless specification that pays fitting tribute to its celebrated 300 SL predecessor. Power is supplied by AMG’s hand-built 6.2-liter M159 DOHC V8, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transaxle and limited-slip differential. One of the most memorable naturally aspirated engines of the modern era, the M159 delivers immediate response, thrilling performance and an unmistakable exhaust note. The exterior features the SLS’s signature gullwing doors with pop-out handles, bi-xenon headlights, straked front-fender vents, power-folding mirrors, polished exhaust outlets and a speed-activated rear aerofoil. Staggered 19- and 20-inch 10-spoke alloy wheels are complemented by the highly desirable carbon-ceramic braking system. Inside, the Black leather cabin is equipped with heated power-adjustable seats, COMAND infotainment with navigation, a backup camera and front and rear parking sensors. Accompanied by its owners manuals, owner presentation box, dealer service records and a clean Carfax report, this exceptionally low-mileage SLS AMG represents a superb example of one of the most distinctive and collectible Mercedes-Benz performance cars of the modern era. -
