"STK 3984 2006 Chevrolet Corvette
The 2006 Corvette, part of the C6 generation, offered a sleek refined design with excellent handling and performance. The C6 delivered a balance of speed, style and comfort, solidifying its position as a true American sports car icon. The current owner has possessed this '06 Corvette coupe for the last 5 years and it is in excellent condition. Its factory Daytona Sunset Orange Metallic finish is virtually flawless and the coupe is fitted with a one-piece removable roof panel. The handsome Cashmere leather interior is also outstanding with the exception of one leather seam on the back of the passenger seat. As with all C6s, this car is fully equipped with features such as dual-zone climate control, power tinted windows, analog gauges, cruise, power locks and keyless entry. Other features add dual front air bags, Driver Information Center, power telescoping/tilt steering column and AM/FM/MP3/CD sound system w/XM Satellite radio compatibility. This Corvette is also optioned with the '2LT' package that adds heated 6-way power driver/passenger sport seats, rear cargo net and luggage shade.
Corvette C6 models in 2006 (other than Z06 model) were powered by GM's 6.0L LS-2 motor (U code). This engine produces 400bhp@6000 RPM and 400lb/ft of torque and power is delivered to the limited-slip differential by a rear-mounted 6-speed 'transaxle' automatic gearbox w/paddle shift. The entire drivetrain package performs virtually as new and sounds wonderful thru polished stainless exhaust tips - this C6 runs. The chassis is equipped with f/r transverse composite leaf springs, speed-sensitive rack/pinion power steering, 4-wheel power ABS disc brakes, stainless exhaust and traction control. Meaty radials are mounted on 18''x8.5""/19""x10"" aluminum wheels. This stunning Sunset Orange Corvette is an outstanding example of the C6 classic that will sell quickly. AutoBarn Classic Cars & Collector Car Storage was started by a couple of Charlotte, North Carolina car collectors who share the same passion as you.

Our indoor showroom is positioned on the southeast corner of the property with 60,000 square feet of sales floor space and storage. Our facility offers a high tech security system to keep your vehicle well protected and out of the elements.
As a means of continuing a close tie with classic car owners and enthusiasts, we offer a meeting room for car clubs and other groups to hold meetings, parties and other special events. Our space consists of 1,700 square feet set up with countertops, tables and chairs to handle your refreshment needs. We can also provide information on local catering services upon request. Call us to reserve a date and time. This space is offered free of charge upon approval of event.
