Cruisin Classics is pleased to present this well-preserved 1998 Chevrolet Corvette! Finished in its factory Pewter Metallic paint, the car still presents extremely well, especially considering it's nearly 30 years old. The paint has a great shine with hardly any imperfections worth mentioning. It sits on the factory chrome wheels that are in nearly perfect condition and wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport All-Season tires that appear to have very few miles on them. All of the glass is in excellent shape, and being a targa top car, it gives you the best of both worlds with removable-top cruising. The only thing worth noting cosmetically is some age showing on the targa top, where a portion of the factory tint is beginning to flake on the passenger side. With only 32,990 actual miles, backed by a clean Carfax and clean title, this Corvette has clearly lived an easy life.
Inside, the car is very clean and well cared for with excellent carpets and floor mats that are still wrapped in plastic. All gauges and electronics work exactly as they should, and the car still has that tight, preserved feel that low-mile C5s are known for. The leather power seats are in very nice shape overall, with only some slight bolster wear on the driver seat, along with minor wear on the driver-side speaker cover. Comfort features include heat, ice-cold A/C, dual climate control, full power driver and passenger seats, and the factory Bose sound system paired with the original radio that still sounds great. Everything inside feels original, clean, and unmolested - exactly what you want in a survivor-quality Corvette.
Under the hood sits the legendary 5.7L LS1 V8 putting down 345 horsepower and 350 ft-lbs of torque, backed by a smooth-shifting automatic overdrive transmission. The car runs and drives exactly like a properly cared-for low-mile Corvette should, with plenty of power on tap and a smooth, confident ride. To help the LS1 breathe a little better, it's been fitted with an aftermarket chrome BBK cold air intake that adds a subtle performance touch without taking away from the car's clean factory appearance. Whether you're looking for a weekend cruiser, a sharp local show car, or a future collectible, this C5 checks all the right boxes.

After years of serving as central Ohio's premiere classic car dealer at Cruisin Classics Auto Sales, we saw an unfulfilled need that was not being met for our clients.
