Gateway Classic Cars of Detroit
15000 Commerce Drive N
Dearborn, MI 48120
Gateway Classic Cars of Detroit is excited to present this Drivable Camper! This drivable camper is hands down one of the coolest and most unique things you can take to a car show. The wild twist? The Ford truck you see "getting towed" is actually a roller- no engine, no transmission. Instead, all the action happens inside the camper itself. Thats right, the engine and driver seat are in the camper, and thats where you cruise from. When youre driving it around, people cant help but stare- it looks like a Ford truck with a camper is speeding backward! Its an optical illusion on wheels. If youre into rare, head-turning builds that leave people talking, this is it. Inquire today- because you probably wont see anything like this again anytime soon!-VIN# 1GNTD13W2W2169813 (Camper on Blazer Chassis, VIN# Matches Title)-4.3L V6, Automatic Transmission-Clean Carfax Report-Ford Ranger Roller****CHECK YOUR LOCAL AND STATE LAWS REGARDING STREET LEGALITY. Our Detroit Showroom opened its doors in June of 2013 and is the fourth addition to Gateway Classic Cars. Detroit has been dubbed as the "Motor City Capital of the World" and has earned that title by being home base for American automobile manufacturers such as General Motors, Ford Motor Company and Dodge/Chrysler. Detroit is also home to the largest automotive gathering in the world, The Woodward Dream Cruise which is hosted annually on the 3rd weekend of August.
Our Detroit Showroom is located in historic "Ford Country" just footsteps from the Ford Motor Company World Headquarters building and a short drive to the General Motors World Headquarters located in the Renaissance Building in Downtown Detroit. Henry Ford once roamed these streets with Model T's, the Dodge brothers raced their way around city roads and extinct companies like Oldsmobile and Pontiac have left us fossils reminding us of the greatest era in automotive history, the muscle car era.
