1994 Chevrolet Corvette $24,999

This beautiful 1994 Corvette is a low mileage example of the later, and better, C4 Corvette generation. The fourth generation of Corvette was the second longest running, a total of 13 model years, and second only to the 3rd generation which lasted for a full 15 model years. When the fourth generation was introduced for 1984, it was dramatically new and different from the C3 generation before it. These early C4s had digital gauges which resembled an arcade game and the carry over L83 Crossfire V-8 from the 1982 model. Fast forward to 1994 and the Corvette was a completely different automobile sharing only some frame components and the door handles with that 84' model. The 94' model had the LT-1 V-8 making 300hp and 340 lb. ft. of torque which was a full 33 percent more horsepower than the L83. Out went the 700R4 automatic transmission of the 84' model with its vacuum controls and in its place was GM's 4L60E electronically controlled four speed automatic. The suspension had been completely revamped in the 88' model year with different springs and shocks for better ride, along with zero scrub angle spindles and different control arms for less dive and squat changes. On the outside, the body was updated with a more rounded look with a ZR-1 style rear fascia for the 91' model, while on the inside the interior received its final and best revision for the 94' model year. To say that an 84' Corvette and a 94-96' Corvette are two different cars is not an untruth, and it shows not only in the looks but in the driving differences also. This particular 94' for sale here is a three owner, exquisitely clean example showing just 11,694 miles on the odometer. Finished in Torch red over Torch red leather, this beautiful Corvette is well optioned including dual powered leather sport seats, automatic climate control, Delco/Bose Gold Am/FM/Cassette/CD stereo, and the rare removable painted hard top. A white vinyl soft top with glass rear window is lurking under that removable hard top. The previous owner added a set of gorgeous Fiske aluminum wheels wrapped with Mickey Thompson Street Comp tires sized 275 width in front and a whopping 315 width in back. This classy Corvette is in like new condition and drives as such. All equipment is functional, and this Corvette needs nothing to be daily driver or long road trip ready.
