Own a piece of American motoring history with this stunning 1988 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible. Finished in sleek black, this C4 Corvette exudes classic style and performance. The black convertible top adds to its timeless appeal, ready to drop and let you enjoy the open road. Equipped with iconic pop-up headlights, integrated fog lamps, and quad exhaust tips, this Corvette makes a statement wherever it goes.
Under the hood lies a potent L98 5.7-liter V8 engine with Tuned Port Injection, delivering impressive power and that signature Corvette rumble. Mated to a smooth-shifting 4-speed automatic overdrive transmission and a limited-slip rear differential, this 'Vette offers a thrilling driving experience. Enjoy effortless handling with power steering and confident stopping power with power four-wheel disc brakes.
Inside, the black leather power sport bucket seats offer exceptional comfort and support. The black interior, featuring matching door panels, carpet, and dash, creates a sophisticated and sporty atmosphere. Modern conveniences include air conditioning, a full digital gauge cluster, a trip computer, an alarm system, a tilt steering column, and delay wipers. Power windows, power door locks, and power mirrors all operate as they should. The original factory AM/FM/Cassette stereo functions, but only one speaker is currently working, and the antenna is broken, affecting reception.
This Corvette rolls on eye-catching 17-inch Sawblade alloy wheels wrapped in brand new 275/40ZR17 radial tires, recently installed along with a brand new battery. Recent service and a safety check were performed by Corvette Alley in Anacortes, Washington. The exhaust system has been professionally upgraded by Ben Richards Fabrication in Burlington. Nooksack Speed Shop addressed a headlight motor issue and performed diagnostic testing. (See note below regarding computer issue). While the computer may not provide a perfect power curve and the car is an automatic, it runs and drives great - I would drive this car anywhere! The doors close securely, and the top, while showing its age, remains in good condition. The paint presents well, although it's not a concours-level show finish. The odometer reads 68,144 miles, displayed on a six-digit speedometer. While believed to be accurate, actual mileage is unconfirmed. This Corvette is a Washington state car. Clear title in hand. With its combination of classic styling, service history, performance, and features, this 1988 Corvette Convertible is ready to turn heads and provide years of driving enjoyment. My name is Jeri Drager. My Dad, Otto, started Drager's in 1934. We've been in Seattle since 1950 and I've been working in the family business since 1960.
We have a great location that I call Drager's Clubhouse. It's every guys dream garage with ample outside parking, even a lawn. Inside we have a big screen TV, two sound systems that can shake the building and a dance floor. We have a two-post lift that enables us to inspect, clean and photograph the underside of vehicles.
We operate mainly by appointment.
