The unique production process involved partially assembling the bodies in Italy, then flying them to Detroit aboard specially modified 747s for final assembly on Cadillac’s chassis and drivetrain — a process often referred to as “the world’s longest assembly line.” This Allanté runs and drives great, offering refined performance, timeless Pininfarina styling, and top-down luxury — a collectible first-year example complete with original documentation and accessories. Can I Speak directly with the owner? With all the rising scams on Craigslist and other sites, sellers list with us to protect their privacy. So in most cases the owner only wants to talk with ClassicCarDeals and we deal with the buyer, but there is a rare occasion where we can do a 3 Way phone Call with the owner. We and the owner are more than happy to get any and all questions and pictures that you need to make a sound decision.
