Zoom Classic Cars presents this iconic 1982 Porsche 928S Coupe with 48K original miles and featuring the 4.7 Litre V8 engine situated in a very clean engine compartment and coupled with a desirable 5 Speed Manual Short Throw Transmission. The Porsche 928 stands as one of the most ambitious and distinctive grand tourers ever built by the brand. Originally introduced in 1978, it was developed as a potential replacement for the 911, combining Porsche’s engineering prowess with a new level of luxury and long-distance comfort. With its powerful front-mounted V8 engine, transaxle layout for balanced handling, and unmistakable styling, the 928 carved out its own legacy over a production run that spanned nearly two decades. It was the first—and remains the only—Porsche to win European Car of the Year (1978), underscoring its significance at launch. This 1982 is a well-sorted example of a car that has had all of the major service items addressed and has been nicely restored and maintained by the current owner and includes full documentation of all parts replaced and work performed. Needs a few minor things to be completed. Hellbrau Metallic (Light Blue) paint is in overall excellent condition with only very few minor imperfections including the front bumper as shown. All the body panels line up nicely and on the trim and badging is intact and in excellent condition. Slate gray Interior is in excellent condition, looks new and features newly covered bucket seats front and back, clean full instrument dash, Alpine Stereo system with Touch Screen and Power Antenna and new carpeting throughout. Porsche logo front mats. Power Sunroof. power seats, power windows, steering and brakes. Hatchback opens to a carpeted and clean trunk compartment where the brand new battery is stored. 928S Black spoilers front and rear. Undercarriage is clean and features Original factory spare tire and tool kit. Car rides on newer Michelin Pilot All Season Radial Tires mounted on the iconic factory \"Phone Dial\" wheels in excellent condition. Car runs, drives, shifts and handles very well and is stored in MA. Front light to be addressed before sale. Now being offered as part of an Estate Sale that comes with proper Personal Representative paperwork for easy title transfer. Loads of documentation and original owner\'s manual.
