In 1973 a new urethane front bumper met federal 5-mph impact standards, and by 1974 the handsome chrome bumpers were a thing of the past. This striking Mille Miglia Red 1972 Corvette Stingray Convertible is a beautiful example of these classic chromed chariots. Lift the hood and you'll find the numbers matching (BCN 3970014, VD 12S524267, EC V0612CKW) 350 V8 nestled in a well-detailed engine bay. Additional features include power 4-wheel disc brakes, a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission, correct custom interior trim with black leather upholstery (404), auxiliary hardtop, a newer AM/FM/Cassette stereo, and new B.F. Goodrich Radial T/A's (225/70R15) wrapped around classic and correct rally wheels. Our crimson cruiser runs and drives like a Stingray should while attracting more attention than Lady Godiva.
