Here we have a gorgeous 1971 Chevrolet Chevelle Heavy Chevy, the real deal and an impressive three-owner car finished in its true Code 72 Red. This is one sharp Chevelle with the stance, sound, and performance to match!
Under the hood sits a built big-block 454 V8 featuring upgraded headers, Edelbrock valve covers, roller rockers, hydraulic cam, Edelbrock aluminum intake, and a 4-barrel carburetor with electric choke. It is also equipped with power steering, power disc brakes, and an upgraded aluminum radiator with dual electric cooling fans.
The engine compartment has been completely restored and presents beautifully. The firewall has been smoothed and painted red for a clean, show-quality appearance, while the inner fenders have also been nicely finished. Pop the hood and you ll immediately see the attention to detail throughout this engine bay it is clean, sharp, and ready to show!
The exterior is absolutely gorgeous. The Code 72 Red paint shows beautifully, complemented by excellent chrome, trim, glass, and weatherstripping. It features hood pins, upgraded LED headlights, dual sport mirrors, and a beautiful set of upgraded chrome wheels that give this Heavy Chevy an incredible stance from every angle.
The underside presents very nicely, and the custom-finished trunk compartment is another indication of the attention this car has received.
Open the doors and the quality continues. The interior is in like-new condition, with clean factory pinch welds and crisp inner and outer door jambs. The door panels, carpeting, dash pad, rear seat, package tray, and headliner all show extremely well. Seatbelts are intact, and the car is also equipped with a tilt steering column.
For entertainment, it features an upgraded Alpine stereo system paired with a cool old-school Realistic graphic equalizer. An electronic gauge package and an RPM tachometer have also been added to keep an eye on the performance of that built 454. The automatic transmission makes this Heavy Chevy easy to cruise while still delivering plenty of big-block muscle when you put your foot into it.
This car is TOP SHELF, guys! A real Heavy Chevy with the right color, killer stance, built big-block power, beautifully restored engine compartment, excellent interior, and outstanding overall presentation.
