1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302, finished in stunning Medium Red and restored to an impressive concours-level standard with incredible attention to factory correctness. At the heart of this Boss is its numbers-matching Boss 302 V8, paired with the matching 4-speed manual transmission and Hurst shifter. The drivetrain is backed by its original 9-inch rear end, preserving the authenticity that serious Boss 302 collectors look for. This Mustang underwent an extensive restoration focused on returning the car to factory specifications, right down to the details. Correct factory markings, decals and sticker placement were carefully recreated throughout the car, with proper Autolite components and other period-correct parts used wherever appropriate. The result is a Boss 302 that presents much like it would have when new. The exterior is finished in beautiful Medium Red and features some of the most desirable Boss Mustang equipment, including the functional-looking aggressive Shaker hood, rear window louvers and period (with casting numbers) Magnum 500 wheels. The combination gives this Boss the unmistakable stance of Ford's legendary muscle car. Just as impressive as the restoration is the car's documentation. Included with the Mustang is its original bill of sale, owners manual, and build sheet along with a Deluxe Marti Report, providing important documentation of the car's history and factory configuration. This is far more than simply a beautifully restored 1970 Mustang. It is a highly documented, factory-correct Boss 302restored with the level of detail expected in a serious collector-grade example.
