No Reserve Classics proudly presents this triple-black 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS, a professionally built twin-turbocharged big-block muscle car that combines iconic Chevelle styling with modern engine management, traction control, and serious performance capability.
At the heart of this Chevelle is a built 461ci marine four-bolt Chevrolet big-block featuring a steel crankshaft, Callies Compstar connecting rods, 8.2:1 JE/SRP forged pistons, AFR CNC aluminum cylinder heads, and COMP Cams roller valvetrain components. Twin Precision 76mm T4 turbochargers feed a Hogan sheet-metal intake and air-to-water intercooler system, creating an estimated 1,000 crank horsepower. Dynojet results document 705.37 horsepower and 690.61 lb-ft of torque.
Modern Haltech Elite 2500 engine management, Bosch 160 lb/hr injectors, a GM 90mm drive-by-wire throttle body, LS-style coil-pack ignition, and front and rear wheel-speed sensors provide precise fuel delivery and electronic traction control. Fuel is supported by a Waterman cable-driven mechanical pump, Walbro priming pump, Weldon regulator, Aeromotive filtration, and methanol injection. Custom stainless headers, downpipes, Dynomax mufflers, and a full stainless exhaust produce a powerful soundtrack to match its performance.
Power is transferred through a Turbo 400 three-speed automatic transmission fitted with an upgraded 300M input shaft and ProTorque converter. A 12-bolt limited-slip rear axle with 3.08:1 gearing and 28-spline axles puts the power to the pavement, while KORE3 Corvette-based four-wheel brakes, Hydroboost power brakes, power steering, and a close-ratio steering box add confidence and control.
Finished in a striking triple-black color combination, this Chevelle wears deep black basecoat/clearcoat paint, contrasting white stripes, and a black vinyl top. The all-steel body is complemented by a fiberglass 4-inch cowl hood, factory glass, and Coy's chrome wheels measuring 18x8 inches up front and 18x9.5 inches in the rear. Nitto tires-including 305-series rear drag radials-complete its aggressive stance.
Inside, the black cabin blends classic Chevelle SS style with purposeful modern upgrades. Procar front bucket seats, Dakota Digital VHX instrumentation, a Super Sport-style dash, Grant steering wheel, Vintage Air air conditioning and heat, replacement wiring harness, and upgraded audio create a driver-focused environment. The sound system includes an AM/FM/CD radio, Rockford Fosgate component speakers, a Soundstream four-channel amplifier, and a trunk-mounted subwoofer. Original seats are included.
The underside is equally well equipped with BMR 2-inch lowering springs, Bilstein shocks, SPC adjustable upper front control arms, adjustable upper and lower rear control arms, upgraded sway bars, an under-car-mounted intercooler radiator, and a 12-bolt rear axle with aluminum cover. The stainless exhaust exits at the factory bumper location for a clean, refined finish.

At the age of 18, Joe purchased his first classic car – a 1972 Chevelle SS454 WVIN – and was bit by the bug ever since. He continued buying classic cars and found the rush of purchasing, restoring and driving these symbolic machines of American heritage very addictive. After realizing that his parent’s garage was not big enough to hold them all, he then started to rent a small warehouse. His girlfriend at the time, now his lovely wife, sat him down one day and told him that he had an issue. He was also advised to, moving forward, sell a car before he could buy another one. At that point, through many walks of life, he realized that there are plenty of other people just like him who enjoy owning and driving a piece of American history.
In 2010, he realized that he could quench his desire to drive as many American classics as he desired, as long as he could make room for them, so he ramped up car purchases. You can say it is no coincidence that the founder/owner of No Reserve Classics is named Joe, since he sells American classics that the “average Joe” can afford…but don’t get it twisted, there is nothing average about him or No Reserve Classics.
We enjoy what we do so much that the bottom dollar does not affect our decision making.
We choose to satisfy our passion for restoring classic cars by simply selling them to restore more American muscle.
— Joseph Hanna, Founder/Owner
Typically when you see classic cars, they’re either at car shows or have been sitting in the owner’s garage for quite some time not getting the attention they need. We take those cars and truly bring them back to life by fulfilling light restoration work and getting them to a so-called “turn-key” standpoint where you can hop in and reliably drive them every day.

When a vehicle is auctioned off, they all start at $0.01 and go to the highest bidder at the end of seven days…period. No Reserve Classics is an unprecedented and one of a kind online-based auction company that lets the market decide what our investment classic cars are worth. We are NOT run by used car salesmen and we are ALL passionate collectors who have years of experience owning and working on classic cars. We aim to make buying and selling your dream car as simple and as gratifying as possible.
Have you found the perfect collector vehicle on All Collector Cars? Before you make any decisions, we recommend that you take some time now to read the full description and review all the pictures with the listing. It’s important to do as much due diligence as you can before you contact the seller so that you’re prepared to ask about any flaws you see—and perhaps ones you don’t.
All Collector Cars allows our sellers to post unlimited vehicle pictures and descriptions, which gives you, the buyer, more control and information. In addition, our Buyers Resource section offers advice and vendor recommendations to guide you through the buying process, from classic car financing & insurance to collector vehicle shipping & restoration.
