Pontiac Historical documented real GTO Judge born as you see it, loaded with options! Rare special ordered color. California car from new until recent. Ground up restored in 2009. I drove it home and it felt comfortable, smooth and proper.
EXTERIOR: Rare special ordered color- Windward blue, verified by Pontiac Historical Society. The body is clean, dry metal. It is straight and fits really well. Smooth all along the bottoms. The paint shows really well, there will be minor flaws if you look for them. Very desirable hideaway headlight option and they work. It has original antenna, the rear bumper is actually still original with some freckles. Taillights are mint, door handles are new. Jambs are real clean, weatherstrips are new. Rally ll wheels are properly restored, and have correct center caps and lug nuts. The Judges did not use trim rings. Reproduction Good Year polyglass tires.
INTERIOR: The first thing I noticed is that the interior lights work! It's a real nice blue that matches the outside. It has a nice list of features includinga deluxe tilt wheel, factory gauges and tachometer, 8-track player, console, reproduction mats and remote mirror. The original dash pad is real nice, the gauges are mint, chrome knobs sparkle, vents are clean. The headliner and visors are real nice. Door panels are in excellent shape. Front seats are reupholstered, rear seat is actually original in real nice shape. In the glove box is the owner's manual and literature along with an 8-track tape and a power trunk release. It has complete set of original blue seat belts.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Very clean and proper appearance. It has a replacement 400 block with correct code 48 ram air heads. The ram air assembly is complete and functional. It features power steering and power brakes. It is detailed with reproduction spring clamp battery cables, GM hoses and clamps. The alternator, washer bottle, wiper motor and master cylinder look recently replaced.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Solid trunk with a nice coat of spatter finish paint, bottom of the trunk lid and the jamb are painted blue. It has nice weather strip, decals, trunk light, mat and tire cover. Complete with a spare and jack.
UNDERSIDE: The front end looks like it has been gone through, the components are clean and proper. All 4 shocks look new. Looking up at the motor it is clean, the starter looks new. It has it's #s matching Muncie M-21 4-speed. The trans and bell housing are clean. Original special ordered 3.90 Saf-T-Track rear end. It has a great sounding exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers and chrome tips. The brakes have been redone, it has disc in front. E-brake cables are new.
