This incredible 1969 Plymouth Road Runner is one of the finest and most desirable Mopars ever produced. Equipped from the factory with the legendary 426 Hemi, this numbers matching Road Runner represents the pinnacle of Chryslers muscle car era. As the ninth Hemi Road Runner built at the Lynch Road assembly plant for the 1969 model year, it is an exceptionally rare example that combines performance, originality, and outstanding documentation into one remarkable automobile.
Power comes from its original matching numbers 426 cubic-inch Hemi V8, conservatively rated at 425 horsepower and fed by dual Carter AFB four-barrel carburetors. Backing the Hemi is the highly desirable factory A833 4-speed manual transmission and the A34 Super Track Pak package, featuring a Dana 60 rear axle with 4.10 Sure Grip gears, heavy-duty suspension, power steering, power front disc brakes, and heavy-duty cooling equipment. This combination made the Road Runner one of the quickest and most feared muscle cars of its era.
Finished in its factory-correct B5 Blue Fire Metallic paint over a matching blue vinyl interior, this Road Runner has undergone a meticulous nut-and-bolt rotisserie restoration while retaining its original sheet metal. The iconic N96 Air Grabber hood, Road Runner graphics, chrome exhaust tips, wood-grain steering wheel, Hurst shifter, factory-style radio, in-dash tachometer, and Redline tires complete one of the most desirable option combinations available in 1969.
Accompanying this Hemi Road Runner is an exceptional collection of documentation, including the Chrysler Registry Report, original window sticker, broadcast sheet, original Manufacturers Statement of Origin (MSO), and the original fender tag. The extensive restoration was thoroughly photo documented, further confirming the quality and authenticity of this extraordinary automobile.
This investment-grade Hemi Road Runner represents the very best of the Mopar muscle car era. Combining a numbers matching drivetrain, factory 4-speed Super Track Pak equipment, concours-quality restoration, and unmatched documentation, this is a rare opportunity to own one of the most iconic American muscle cars ever built. It is proudly displayed at LRA Auto Museum & Sales and is available for viewing by appointment.

Hello and welcome to LRA AUTO SALES. We purchased a Chevrolet Dealership almost three years ago and turned it into a Quality Pre-Owned Auto Superstore and Muscle & Classic Car Museum.
I named it LRA Enterprises Auto Museum and Auto Sales which encompasses my two son’s initials and mine. I wanted it to become a family oriented place where parents could take their sons & daughters to and show them what cars use to be like in their era and where they can purchase a car of their era. Where a husband and wife could bring their children to and link the gap of automotive history from present back to the past.
We pride ourselves in displaying some of automotive history’s greatest and most rarest cars ever built. Where names such as Corvette, Super Sport, BOSS 429, MOPAR and HEMI are common place. We are also strong in the racing heritage and names such as Lingenfelter and Ray Barton, Richard Petty and Bobby Allison are legends and at LRA we’ll make sure those legends will never die.
We offer a “one stop shop” kind of atmosphere and offer all aspects of sales, service, auto body and collision and towing. We encompass a full array of Cars and Trucks for sale from the 1950’s up to current day. We also have a Speed Shop on site, offering everything from wheels to accessories and even dyno runs for measuring horsepower.
We are located at 3114 Veterans Highway / Route 413 in Bristol PA and provide quality pre-owned cars and quality pre-owned trucks to all the surrounding areas of Bristol.
