Under the hood, this El Camino packs a punch with its L48 350ci V8 engine producing 300 horsepower, paired with a Turbo 400 automatic transmission with a shift kit for a smooth yet exhilarating drive. The engine was balanced and blueprinted before purchase and has only 6,000 miles since the rebuild, ensuring excellent performance. Factory sway bars, power steering, power brakes, dual exhaust, and air conditioning (blower currently not working) make this El Camino both a comfortable cruiser and a serious performer.
The paint was refreshed after purchase and still shines beautifully, reflecting the meticulous care this car has received. The factory Rally wheels with center caps and trim rings complete the muscle car stance. Inside, the car remains very much original and well-kept with the exception of a tilt steering wheel and column added by the previous owner, and we�re including an AM/FM/cassette radio that was purchased but never installed.
