This 1969 Chevrolet C10 CST/10 is a freshly restored short-bed Chevrolet pickup finished in a sharp Black and White two-tone combination with extensive chrome trim and classic raised-white-letter tires. The truck retains the unmistakable late-1960s Chevrolet appearance while benefiting from several upgrades aimed at making it considerably more enjoyable to drive.
Under the hood is a 350ci small-block Chevrolet V8 paired with a TH350 3-speed automatic transmission. The engine compartment presents cleanly and features an aluminum intake, finned aluminum valve covers, open-element air cleaner and upgraded ignition components. Power brakes are fitted, while Vintage Air provides modern climate control and reportedly blows cold.
A major plus with this truck is the surviving Service Parts Identification label, which provides useful documentation of its equipment. The label identifies the truck as a Custom Sport Truck under RPO Z84 and lists the LS9 350-cubic-inch V8, along with B85 body side moldings, G50 heavy-duty rear springs, Z53 ammeter/oil gauge equipment, VF1 chrome rear bumper, U63 push-button radio and additional factory equipment. That documentation adds welcome context to a truck that already presents with the proper CST/10 identity.
The exterior has been refinished in a deep gloss black with a contrasting white roof. Chrome bumpers, bright grille trim, CST/10 fender emblems and Chevrolet grille lettering maintain a largely period-correct presentation. The truck rides on polished Chevrolet rally-style wheels wrapped in Cooper Cobra Radial G/T 235/60R15 tires, giving it the right vintage muscle-truck stance.
Inside, the cabin is finished predominantly in black with classic vertical-pattern seating and a custom three-spoke steering wheel. The original-style gauge layout remains a focal point of the dashboard, supplemented by auxiliary water-temperature and voltage gauges. A retro-look digital audio unit has also been fitted, while the Vintage Air controls integrate neatly into the dash.
The bed has been coated for durability and is protected by a soft roll-up tonneau cover, making the truck as usable as it is presentable. Underneath, photos show a clean driver-oriented chassis, dual exhaust, rear leaf springs and a tidy drivetrain installation.
With its 350 V8, automatic transmission, documented CST equipment, cold Vintage Air, fresh restoration and excellent black-and-white presentation, this 1969 C10 strikes a very appealing balance between originality of character and modern drivability. It is the kind of classic Chevrolet pickup that can be shown, cruised and enjoyed without sacrificing the utility that made the C10 so desirable in the first place.
