Rare 1968 Maserati Mistral 4.0 Liter Coupe
This hard to find 1968 Maserati Mistral 4.0 Coupe is an ideal restoration candidate for straightforward restoration. Currently in primer with black interior. Just out of an estate collection, it comes complete and solid overall with a very straight body. Not currently running and non-matching numbers. The good news is that the engine in the car is a correct 4.0 liter mistral unit. The Mistral was introduced as the replacement for the successful 3500GT and is considered by many to be one of Frua's most attractive designs with its gorgeous body lines. It also represents the end of the line for Maseratis famous race-bred straight-six engine. Mistrals are highly sought after largely due to their gorgeous body lines and driving pleasure. Offered at a bargain price for immediate sale.
