"Cruisin Classics is very excited to offer to you this absolutely stunning 1968 Chevrollet C-10 stepside! This Chevy is loaded with options and upgrades all wrapped in a gorgeous green package. Originally a dark green truck, it now wears a slick glossy coat of light green paint that is so nice that we would call it show-quality (a term we don't use loosely around here). The front end of the truck features a brilliant chrome bumper, a like-new grille, and gleaming headlight bezels that match the standard set by the beautiful paint job. Bright elements like the window trim, dual side mirrors, and door handles really pop against the green background. The gas tank has been relocated under the bed and where the original fill was at the back corner of the cab is now a decorative chrome ""faux"" cap . At the rear of the cab you'll notice that the standard window has been upgraded to a 4-panel slider rear window from CR Laurence. The bed floor has been outfitted with beautiful new wood and a new gas fill has been positioned on the floor towards the rear. The tailgate has hook closures with plastic-wrapped chains and it is flanked by a new set of tail lights. The rear bumper has the same perfect mirror finish as the one up front. The head-turning exterior is taken to a whole new level with a lowered stance courtesy of CPP lowering springs and drop spindles. The stance is perfectly accented by a set of bright chrome US Mags wheels wrapped in newer Venezia Crusade HP tires.
Lift the hood to find an exceptionally clean and organized engine bay that's sure to get your blood pumping! At the heart is an era-correct 396ci V-8 dressed in a fresh coat of Chevy orange paint. This big block is topped with chrome valve covers, a 4-barrel Holley carburetor, and a chrome air cleaner with 396 call-outs. At the front of the engine is a new serpentine belt system, a power-steering unit, and a new compressor for the Vintage Air system. Not only does this C10 have the Vintage A/C system, but the lines have been tucked and hidden to allow for a clean, smoothed firewall a very cool look! Keeping things cool up front is a new aluminum radiator with dual electric fans and a chrome overflow cannister. Exhaust flows through new Patriot headers, new pipes, and new Magnaflow mufflers to give this truck just the right amount of pleasing rumble at the rear. Stopping power is provided by a CPP front and rear power disc brake conversion yet another great upgrade. The big V-8 is mated to a 4-speed manual transmission that puts the power down via a 12-bolt rear end. It is obvious wherever you look under the hood that this is a very well thought out, fresh, high-quality build!
Top-notch quality and upgrades continue inside the cab with an eye-pleasing and comfortable black interior. The black door panels are in like-new condition and appear OEM correct. A bright chrome sill plate leads you inside to a very nice black vinyl bench seat accented with a filigree pattern that adds to the cool factor. The green painted dash is topped with a crack-free black vinyl pad and features new Classic Instruments gauges (speedometer, tachometer, clock, fuel, volts, temp, and oil) set in a black bezel. In the center of the dash are controls for the Vintage Air system that provides ice-cold A/C and hot heat with an incredibly strong fan. There is a Retrosound-style stereo in the dash that powers up, but is inoperative. The actual working stereo is a Memphis AM/FM/BT unit mounted inside the glovebox that plays through Phoenix Gold speakers in the kick panels and Pioneer speakers in the rear corners. Also in the glovebox, on the back of the door, is the original Service Parts Identification sticker - a great unexpected extra. Ahead of the driver is a green 3-spoke OEM steering wheel with working horn on a green tilt column. Rising from the floor is a Hurst dog-leg shifter with a white pattern ball for the 4-speed transmission. The floor is covered with high-quality black hook & loop carpet kept nice with black rubber floormats.
If you're on the hunt for a 67-72 era C-10, you're sure to be stopped in your tracks by this over-the-top 68 stepside! This high-quality build really checks all the boxes beautiful slick paint, new wood bed, perfect stance, eye-catching wheels & tires, gleaming brightwork, era-correct 396 big block, 4-speed manual with a Hurst shifter, new exhaust with headers, Vintage Air, 4-wheel disc brake conversion, comfortable interior, and a modern stereo! This truck is ready to hop in, turn the key, and start enjoying today!

Here at Cruisin Classics, we understand that you have many options when choosing where you purchase your classic, muscle or collector car and we would like to thank you for considering us.
Cruisin Classics has been buying and selling cars for many years.. The majority were your average daily drivers but our passion has always been in muscle cars and hot rods so in 1996, Cruisin Classics built a 56,000 sq.ft. showroom located in Columbus, OH that they still operate out of today. All of our vehicles are hand-picked and selected to ensure they fit our inventory. This facility is now arguably one of the best-stocked collections for sale in the US housing hundreds of unique automobiles all under one roof. We invite you to our facility! There is something for everybody when you come to visit.
After years of serving as central Ohio's premiere classic car dealer at Cruisin Classics Auto Sales, we saw an unfulfilled need that was not being met for our clients. We loved helping match our clients with the classic and American muscle cars of their dreams. But what about after the purchase? We recognized that our clients needed a trusted resource to continue to care for their classic vehicles. It did not sit well with us that our valued clients and their incredible vehicles were being outsourced to, sometimes several, third-party resources for maintenance and performance needs. We also wanted to help the many people that we had met over the years who already owned classic vehicles which were in need of restoration, upgrades, and maintenance. Too often, we were seeing vehicles with so much potential left sitting in garages under covers because their owners did not know who to turn to for such specialized work. It is our goal to offer our clients a truly comprehensive, seamless, and enjoyable classic car ownership experience, from purchase to maintenance to storage. Thus, Cruisin Classics Performance Center was born. We have cherry-picked the most talented, experienced, and passionate team of technicians to offer our clients a true one-stop-shop solution for any and all of their classic car needs. Our honest business model has lasted almost 25 years to date and Cruisin Classics has a worldwide reputation as one of the best in the business.
Outside of the shop, this business has afforded us the opportunity to be actively involved in our community and fulfill our goal of supporting several local and national organizations that hold a special place in our hearts. We are proud sponsors of the Kiwanis Club of Columbus, the Columbus USO, Honor Flight, Special Olympics, multiple car clubs, and much more.
In conclusion, 100% customer satisfaction is our main goal. Always has been.. always will be. We would like to invite anyone considering one of our vehicles to come to our beautiful facility to inspect the car in person or send somebody on your behalf.
