1967 Pontiac GTO Tribute – 400 CI V8, Automatic, Black on Black This 1967 Pontiac GTO Tribute was purchased in 1984 and presents beautifully in a classic black exterior over a black interior. The car is powered by a numbers-matching 400 CI V8 engine paired with its original automatic transmission without overdrive. The engine was rebuilt to stock specifications in 1986 and has approximately 1,000 miles since the rebuild. Receipts for the engine work are not available. Restoration and Features The car was restored in 2022 by Wrights Customs, with updates including: New black paint New carpeting New tires New wheels Drum brakes 131,386 miles showing The passenger-side rear quarter panel is believed to have been replaced, although this has not been confirmed. It is unknown whether any other sheet metal was replaced. This is a very nice, beautifully restored GTO Tribute with a timeless black-on-black color combination. So in most cases the owner only wants to talk with ClassicCarDeals and we deal with the buyer, but there is a rare occasion where we can do a 3 Way phone Call with the owner. We and the owner are more than happy to get any and all questions and pictures that you need to make a sound decision.
