Cruisin Classics is pleased to present this 1967 Mustang Coupe. It's a good-running and driving project that you can hop in and enjoy while continuing to improve it. Under the hood is a Ford 289ci V8 that's been bored .030 over and topped with upgraded '66 289 heads with screw-in rocker studs, stronger valve springs, and 1.6 roller rockers. It's fed by a recently rebuilt Holley 600 4-barrel on an Edelbrock Torker II single-plane intake and breathes through heat-wrapped long-tube headers into chrome resonators that dump in front of the rear tires, giving it a great old-school muscle car sound. For improved reliability and a cleaner engine bay, the ignition has been upgraded with an HEI distributor, MSD plug wires, and fresh Champion copper spark plugs. It stays cool thanks to a brand-new Champion 2-core aluminum radiator, Jegs high-flow water pump, 180° thermostat, all new hoses, and a new heater core. It also has a new battery and chrome one-wire alternator to simplify the wiring and clean up the engine bay. The C4 automatic shifts like it should and sends power to the Ford 8-inch rear end.
Mechanically, it's had a lot of the important stuff gone through. The manual four-wheel drum brakes have a new dual-reservoir master cylinder, new wheel cylinders, a new brake light switch, and new front brake hoses. Inside, it has new door panels, carpet, rear view mirror, package tray, and shifter assembly. The seats are in good shape with no rips or tears, and it has aftermarket Bosch oil pressure, water temp, volt, and tachometer. It's sitting on a nice set of Magnum 500-style wheels wrapped in red line tires that really complete the look. Like most old Mustangs, it isn't perfect. The steering has some play, the quarter windows don't work, and the front windows need a little help going up and down. The headliner is still decent overall, but it's starting to come loose around the passenger-side B-pillar.
The paint and body aren't perfect either, so don't expect a show car. The clear coat is peeling in several places, there are areas where the paint is chipping, and it has some minor rust here and there. That said, the car has a really solid foundation. The subframe is in great shape. This is a true running and driving classic that you can cruise today while fixing things as you go. If you're looking for a clean, numbers-matching restoration, this probably isn't it. But if you want a solid '67 Mustang with a healthy small block, a good stance, and plenty of potential to make your own, it's a great place to start.

Here at Cruisin Classics, we understand that you have many options when choosing where you purchase your classic, muscle or collector car and we would like to thank you for considering us.
Cruisin Classics has been buying and selling cars for many years.. The majority were your average daily drivers but our passion has always been in muscle cars and hot rods so in 1996, Cruisin Classics built a 56,000 sq.ft. showroom located in Columbus, OH that they still operate out of today. All of our vehicles are hand-picked and selected to ensure they fit our inventory. This facility is now arguably one of the best-stocked collections for sale in the US housing hundreds of unique automobiles all under one roof. We invite you to our facility! There is something for everybody when you come to visit.
After years of serving as central Ohio's premiere classic car dealer at Cruisin Classics Auto Sales, we saw an unfulfilled need that was not being met for our clients. We loved helping match our clients with the classic and American muscle cars of their dreams. But what about after the purchase? We recognized that our clients needed a trusted resource to continue to care for their classic vehicles. It did not sit well with us that our valued clients and their incredible vehicles were being outsourced to, sometimes several, third-party resources for maintenance and performance needs. We also wanted to help the many people that we had met over the years who already owned classic vehicles which were in need of restoration, upgrades, and maintenance. Too often, we were seeing vehicles with so much potential left sitting in garages under covers because their owners did not know who to turn to for such specialized work. It is our goal to offer our clients a truly comprehensive, seamless, and enjoyable classic car ownership experience, from purchase to maintenance to storage. Thus, Cruisin Classics Performance Center was born. We have cherry-picked the most talented, experienced, and passionate team of technicians to offer our clients a true one-stop-shop solution for any and all of their classic car needs. Our honest business model has lasted almost 25 years to date and Cruisin Classics has a worldwide reputation as one of the best in the business.
Outside of the shop, this business has afforded us the opportunity to be actively involved in our community and fulfill our goal of supporting several local and national organizations that hold a special place in our hearts. We are proud sponsors of the Kiwanis Club of Columbus, the Columbus USO, Honor Flight, Special Olympics, multiple car clubs, and much more.
In conclusion, 100% customer satisfaction is our main goal. Always has been.. always will be. We would like to invite anyone considering one of our vehicles to come to our beautiful facility to inspect the car in person or send somebody on your behalf.
