1967 Chevrolet Impala SS Convertible, 327 V8, Powerglide Automatic, 42,737 Believed Original Miles, Capri Cream, Parchment Bucket Seat Interior This highly desirable 1967 Chevrolet Impala SS Convertible, powered by a 327 cubic-inch V8 engine backed by a 2-Speed Powerglide automatic transmission. Finished in beautiful Paint Code T-2 Capri Cream with a Parchment Strato Bucket Seat interior and White power convertible top, this is a fantastic example of Chevrolet’s legendary full-size Super Sport. The odometer currently shows just 42,737 miles. The mileage is also documented on the title and is believed to be original. The drivetrain is also believed to be original to the car, making this an especially interesting example for the collector or enthusiast who appreciates originality. Under the hood is Chevrolet’s legendary 327 V8 engine. The engine was recently gone through and resealed, and the car runs great. Power is sent through the classic 2-Speed Powerglide automatic transmission, making this Impala an easy and enjoyable cruiser that is perfectly suited for top-down driving. One of the standout features of this Impala is its factory color combination. The trim tag identifies the exterior as Paint Code T-2 Capri Cream, paired with Interior Trim Code 895 Parchment. The Parchment interior features the highly desirable Strato Bucket Seats along with the center console, giving the interior the unmistakable sporty appearance expected from an Impala Super Sport. The Capri Cream paint is an older finish and should be considered driver quality. It presents well overall but does show the characteristics you would expect from an older paint job. We would much rather describe the car accurately than oversell its condition. This is a classic that can be driven, shown locally, and enjoyed without the worry that comes with owning a freshly restored trailer queen. The White power convertible top is another great feature and includes a glass rear window. Drop the top, settle into the Parchment bucket seats, and this Impala becomes exactly what a big Chevrolet convertible was meant to be a comfortable, stylish American cruiser with plenty of V8 power. Another particularly interesting feature is the front AND rear bumper guards. This is a very uncommon feature and gives the car an additional period-correct detail that you simply do not see on every Impala. Completing the classic appearance are 14-inch SS wheel covers wrapped in traditional White Wall tires. Combined with the Capri Cream paint, White convertible top, and Parchment interior, the entire car has a fantastic late-1960s Chevrolet look. This Impala is a NEW ARRIVAL at Past & Present Motor Cars and has NOT YET been through our service department or Pre-Delivery Inspection process. The car currently runs great, but additional observations may be made once our technicians have had the opportunity to inspect and evaluate the vehicle. Past & Present Motor Cars was founded in June of 2018 by Jack and Jeff and began in 2 small warehouses in Ocala and Winter Garden, Florida. After seeing the business have steady growth in the first year and a half in March 2020 we moved our Main Location in Winter Garden to a new location that at the time seemed huge. We were a little nervous to take on this larger building and higher rent but we knew we had to THINK BIG. After getting moved in, that was the start of Covid. Just after getting settled in we put signs on the door saying we were only open by appointment. While it was a tough time in the world it actually was a good time to be in the car business especially the classic car business and we continued to see steady growth. After 2 1/2 years in that location we proceeded to acquire 4 buildings and lease a 5th building. This allowed for the operation we have today with 150+ Classic Cars and a Service Department. We are still doing the same thing we have done everyday since we opened, Great Customer Service, Owners that are Available and Accessible for our customers and very happy to talk cars anytime anywhere. We will never grow too big to be real with anyone! Keeping our commitment to our customers through straightforward business and ALWAYS doing the right thing! We are the same people with the same commitment as the day we opened and our slogan is and remains:
