"First Generation El Camino-
The 1967 El Camino marked the final year of this first generation 'hybrid pickup'. The Gen1 model was based on the mid-sized A-body platform with body-on-frame design. The interior space mirrored the Chevelle model, offering a comfortable car-like driving experience. Styling updates to the '67 model included a new grille, revised bumpers and subtle trim changes that gave the El Camino a modern look.
Comprehensive Restoration-
This '67 El Camino, was carefully restored in 1998. The exterior was refinished in Medium Beige/Black and all chrome/stainless pieces are in very good condition. Chevy 15"" rally wheels with trim rings/spinner centers mount BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. The bed is fitted with a custom floor mat and is also equipped with the iconic 'El Camino Smugglers Box' storage compartment. The restored Tan vinyl interior is in very good condition - nice upholstery, dash, door cards and headliner. Comfort features include a full bench seat, custom wheel, aftermarket analog gauges, tinted windows, sliding rear window and an AM/FM sound system
350ci Small-Block With 4-Speed-
Horsepower is provided by a replaced 350ci small block engine that was installed in 2010. It is equipped with a 4-barrel carburetor and dressed with chrome valve covers. This small-block is backed by a 4-speed manual transmission with Hurst shifter. Torque is delivered to a factory differential with street gearing. The chassis is equipped with power steering, coil spring suspension, front sway bar, stainless exhaust and power disc/drum brakes with dual master cylinder.
This El Camino is ready for a new owner who will appreciate the 'original hybrid' pickup - with muscle.
