1966 Kaiser Jeep Gladiator J2000 – Automatic – Rebuilt 327 V8 This 1966 Kaiser Jeep Gladiator J2000 is a solid, running, driving example of the early Kaiser-era trucks. It’s equipped with an automatic transmission and a rebuilt 327 V8 that starts easily, runs strong, and delivers dependable power. The truck has been used as a daily driver and has proven reliable in regular use. The body and frame are solid for its age, with the expected patina of an unrestored work truck but no structural issues that affect drivability. The transmission shifts properly, and the truck’s basic systems—lights, gauges, and general functions—operate as they should. Steering and brakes are consistent with mid‑1960s Jeep design and feel. This Gladiator is not presented as a showpiece or a fully restored example. It’s a usable, honest truck that can be driven as-is or taken further by a new owner. The Kaiser-era Gladiators are increasingly hard to find in running condition, especially with a functioning automatic and a strong V8. We have many buying options for you, (call to speak to a rep today). You can buy with confidence from a trusted Classic Car Source.
Where is vehicle located? If you want to find out the location of a vehicle, please call us between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST, we have staff standing by to help you in every way possible.
Can I Speak directly with the owner? With all the rising scams on Craigslist and other sites, sellers list with us to protect their privacy. So in most cases the owner only wants to talk with ClassicCarDeals and we deal with the buyer, but there is a rare occasion where we can do a 3 Way phone Call with the owner. We and the owner are more than happy to get any and all questions and pictures that you need to make a sound decision.
Is The Car Available? The inventory on our site changes all the time, so there may be a small number of cars that will be sold when you call.
