With the majority of the restoration complete, it now awaits its next caretaker to finish the final details and enjoy the rewards.
Power comes from a rebuilt 390 V8 paired to a C-6 automatic transmission. A new radiator and dual fan system were added to support cooling, and the engine starts and runs, though the seller notes it needs a final mechanical adjustment—possibly a simple carburetor tune—to perform at its best.
The interior features reupholstered vinyl bucket seats, a floor-mounted console, and a custom woodgrain steering wheel. Power steering and newly installed power brakes make the driving experience that much easier once completed. All lighting systems—including hazard indicators—are in working condition.
The convertible top mechanism is intact, but the top is currently inoperative due to disconnected coil wires. The AM/FM radio also needs to be wired in. While the car wears a fresh set of tires, it has been sitting for some time and should be inspected before regular use.
