"Step back into the golden era of American muscle with this beautiful 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu. A true classic with timeless style, this Malibu embodies the best of mid-60s design and performance. This 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu Sport Coupe is finished in sandalwood tan metallic (TT) over a medium fawn interior and powered by a 396/360 HP ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission. The 396ci V8 is equipped with a Holley four-barrel carburetor, an aluminum intake manifold, chrome valve covers, and dual exhaust.
Front disc brakes and rear drum brakes provide the vehicle's stopping power. It is equipped with 15-inch rally wheels fitted with BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires.
This exterior maintains its iconic '66 body lines, with straight body panels that have proper fit and finish, along with clean chrome and trim. All factory badging is added-including the ""Chevrolet"" front-grille emblem, front-fender ""396 Turbo-Jet"" engine identification emblem, rear-fender ""Malibu"" badge, rear-deck ""Chevrolet"" badge emblem.
The interior features front bucket seats and rear bench reupholstered in medium fawn with a sandalwood tan metallic dashboard and new color-coordinated carpet. The wood-rimmed steering wheel fronts a horizontal 120-mph speedometer that is flanked by combination gauges for fuel level, battery status, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. A knee-knocker tachometer is mounted underneath the dashboard. Interior appointments include a floor-mounted shifter, a center console, front and rear seat belts, manual-crank windows, a heater, a push-button AM radio, CD changer mounted in trunk, and a lighted glove box.
The undercarriage of this 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu retains its originality with independent setup with coil springs and control arms up front and a solid axle with coil springs and trailing arms in rear for a smooth ride. The underside is meticulously restored as well as the exterior. The trunk has been refinished to original specs, including the spatter paint finish, and a correct plaid-style trunk mat, full-size mounted spare tire, and floor jack. This vehicle comes with the original window sticker, original trim tag, original North Carolina certificate of title, and owner's guide.

We are also strong in the racing heritage and names such as Lingenfelter and Ray Barton, Richard Petty and Bobby Allison are legends and at LRA we’ll make sure those legends will never die.
