Power comes from a 289 CID V8 that has been rebuilt and is paired with a rebuilt 3-speed automatic transmission. The engine has been thoughtfully upgraded with an Edelbrock aluminum intake topped by a Holley 4-barrel carburetor, ceramic-coated exhaust headers, MSD spark plug wires, an MSD distributor with Blaster coil, and an aluminum four-core radiator with an electric cooling fan to help keep temperatures in check. This combination provides the classic V8 driving experience while incorporating performance-minded enhancements that enthusiasts will appreciate.
The current owner has invested extensively in the car over the past decade, with much of the work performed by Gear Jammin Garage. Receipts documenting this work accompany the vehicle, offering the next owner a detailed history of the care and maintenance that has gone into preserving and improving this Mustang.
