1965 Ford Mustang Resto Mod For Sale - Fuel Injected BluePrint 347ci/415hp, Rotisserie Restored LMC is very proud to offer for sale this 1965 Ford Mustang Resto Mod Ford introduced the Fastback Mustang in August 1964, giving America’s new pony car a more aggressive and sporting profile. With its sleek roofline, increased interior space and unmistakable competition-inspired design, the Fastback quickly became one of the most desirable Mustang body styles. It was this very platform that Carroll Shelby selected as the basis for his legendary GT350, and today the 1965 Fastback remains one of the most popular foundations for high-quality performance builds and restomods. This 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback is an exceptional restored and upgraded example, thoughtfully built using some of the finest components available. Finished in striking Red with Gray metallic stripes, it is complemented by a black vinyl interior featuring updated gauges, Air conditioning and a Bluetooth-equipped radio for added comfort and convenience. Power comes from a BluePrint 347ci V8 producing 415 horsepower, fitted with Holley Sniper fuel injection for excellent drivability and modern reliability. Backing the engine is a close-ratio Tremec TKO 5-speed manual transmission paired with a new clutch assembly that offers smooth, easy operation. Built to deliver far more than straight-line performance, this Fastback is equipped with a complete Ridetech Street Grip suspension system, one of the best handling upgrades available for early Mustangs. The system includes front dual-rate coil springs, front sway bar, Delrin control arm bushings, ball joint wedge plates, HQ Series adjustable monotube shocks, composite leaf springs, plus Delrin leaf spring bushings and shackles. Wilwood power-assisted four-piston disc brakes at all four corners provide confident stopping power, while EPAS electric power steering greatly improves steering feel and ease of use. Riding on American Racing 16-inch Torque Thrust wheels wrapped in Continental ExtremeContact tires, this 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback perfectly blends iconic styling with modern performance. -
