This 1965 Chevrolet Corvette convertible underwent a six-month frame-off restoration documented by Corvette Mike's in Burr Ridge, IL. It is powered by a 350ci V8 engine rated at 375hp, paired with a Classic 4-speed M20 manual transmission featuring a competition balance, pressure plate and clutch assembly. This Corvette is equipped with power steering, an upgraded adjustable Flaming River tilt steering column and stainless-steel brake components. The exterior is finished in Rally Red with a black leather interior and includes both a black convertible top and a removable matching hardtop with a storage stand. It features factory-style side pipes and ceramic-coated headers, a high-output alternator, a Mallory HEI ignition system and a Holley carburetor. Additional highlights include a rebuilt driveshaft and axles, independent rear suspension with 4.11 posi-traction, rechromed bumpers, and finished windshield and glass surfaces. The Corvette rides on custom mag wheels wrapped in Firestone performance tires. The AM/FM radio is upgraded with a CD player, and the vehicle is equipped with an anti-theft security system. Paint finish wrapping protectant has been applied to the front end, door handles, convertible top decklid and fender walls. Multi-award-winning and documented custom build. 75,983 actual miles, with approximately 5,000 miles on the engine post-restoration.

After getting a few years of experience in the industry he teamed up in his family parts business. Glenn eventually purchased the business and was the owner/operator for 15 years. Glenn enjoys working on cars in his spare time and has fully restored his 1967 Camaro and 1977 Chevrolet R10.
