Maxmotive is proud to present this restored 1965 Chevrolet Corvair Convertible. Powered by its 165 CI air cooled flat 6 engine, this Corvair shows 106141 miles on the odometer and was restored in 2013, with approximately 2,000 miles driven since.
Finished in Porsche GT Silver Metallic, refinished in 2017, it features a black manual soft top, red vinyl boot cover, red vinyl interior, and 15 inch wheels for a classic appearance.
Thoughtful upgrades include front disc brakes, a dual master brake cylinder, LED Headlights,LED brake, turn signal, and back up lights. For improved reliability an XR 700 electronic ignition, Electric fuel pump, electric choke, and oil cooler have also been installed. USB chagrin ports are conveniently mounted beneath the radio.
Also included are the original owner’s manual and a collection of receipts documenting the restoration and some maintenance. This Corvair is a well documented and enjoyable classic ready for its next owner.
