"his 1964 Chevrolet Corvette convertible is powered by a 327ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission and is finished in tan over saddle vinyl upholstery. Equipment includes a beige convertible soft top, 15? steel wheels, an AM/FM radio, and concealed headlights. This C2 convertible was purchased by the previous owner in 2020 and is now offered with partial service records and a clean California title.
The fiberglass body was finished at the factory in Saddle Tan (932), and the selling dealer notes the appearance of previous paintwork. Paint chips and on the nose and additional blemishes around the body are detailed in the photo gallery below. Features include a replacement beige convertible soft top as well as flip-up headlamps, fender vents, quad tail lamps, and chrome bumperettes.
Silver-finished 15"" steel wheels are mounted with thin whitewall tires. The C2 was the first Corvette to offer fully independent suspension, with upper and lower control arms at the front and a three-link setup with a transverse leaf spring at the rear. Braking is handled by four-wheel drums.The cabin features two bucket seats upholstered in Saddle vinyl as well as matching door panels and carpets. Amenities include a push button AM/FM radio, a heater, an analog clock, and lap belts. The carpeting has discoloration and has worn through spots.The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, amperage, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer has rolled over and shows 25k miles, approximately 2k of which were added under previous ownership.
The 327ci V8 is equipped with a four-barrel carburetor and a Harrison aluminum radiator.Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission.
