"Welcome to Street Dreams as we celebrate our 26th year in the classic and muscle car business. The Ford Galaxie is a full-size car that was manufactured between 1959 and 1974. Introduced in 1959 as Ford's top trim level, by 1962 the Galaxie name encompassed their entire full-size line. As the second generation (1960-1964) of this competitor to the Chevy Impala developed, these cars became instant classics with powerful engine options and stunning interior styling. This beautiful Rangoon Red (J) 1963 Ford Galaxie 500 XL Convertible is a fine example of these full-size road warriors. Lift the expansive hood and you'll see the beautifully detailed FE block 390 V8, a torque-rich big block that effortlessly pulls this rolling sculpture down the highway. Additional features include power steering, power front disc brakes, power convertible top, automatic transmission, correct paint and trim codes (J, 85), gorgeous bucket seat/console XL interior, Ford 9"" rear end, original AM radio, and whitewall tires (205/75R14) wrapped around steel wheels with correct covers. As fun as this crimson cruiser is to drive, it's really the styling that slays me. There is more character in one door panel of this mechanical work of art than an entire new car! Cooler than the other side of the pillow. From front to back and top to bottom, this jewel is nice. If this outstanding example of an exceptional automobile floats your boat, call the team that can make your dream a reality. Street Dreams (830-997-1950) is a full service dealership that can assist with worldwide delivery, insurance, and financing options."
