This 1963 Ford Custom 300 is a serious street/strip-style build with old-school Ford performance attitude, 427 side-oiler power, and a purposeful two-door sedan look. Finished in cream with a red interior, S/S graphics, hood pins, 427 fender badges, and American Racing Torq-Thrust wheels, this Custom 300 has the right visual punch for a drag-inspired Ford build.
427 Side-Oiler V8 with 4-Speed Manual
Power comes from a 427 CID Ford FE side-oiler V8 upgrade equipped with dual Holley four-barrel carburetors, MSD ignition, Le Mans-style crankshaft and connecting rods, Ford Racing pistons, a Thunderbolt-style flat-tappet camshaft, and 2.5-inch dual exhaust.
The 427 is paired with a Ford Toploader 4-speed manual transmission, Centerforce clutch, and Hurst shifter. A Ford 9-inch rear end with 4.11:1 Detroit Locker helps put the power down, while front coil springs, rear leaf springs, and traction bars support the street/strip setup. Four-wheel drum brakes provide the stopping power.
Cream Exterior with Red Interior
The cream exterior is finished with S/S graphics, hood pins, 427 fender badges, good paint, good trim, and a period drag-racing look. American Racing 17-inch Torq-Thrust wheels with 215/45R17 front tires and 255/50R17 rear tires give the car a strong stance.
Inside, the red interior keeps the performance-focused theme with an AM radio, column-mounted tachometer, under-dash gauges, racing lap belt, T-handle shifter, and dash-mounted switch for street or drag race operation.
Built around 427 Ford side-oiler power, a 4-speed manual, Detroit Locker rear end, and classic S/S-style presence, this 1963 Ford Custom 300 delivers the raw street/strip character that defines old-school Ford performance.

Our indoor showroom is positioned on the southeast corner of the property with 60,000 square feet of sales floor space and storage. Our facility offers a high tech security system to keep your vehicle well protected and out of the elements.
As a means of continuing a close tie with classic car owners and enthusiasts, we offer a meeting room for car clubs and other groups to hold meetings, parties and other special events. Our space consists of 1,700 square feet set up with countertops, tables and chairs to handle your refreshment needs. We can also provide information on local catering services upon request. Call us to reserve a date and time. This space is offered free of charge upon approval of event.
