"1962 Chevrolet Corvette convertible. 383 stroker engine under the hood paired with two Edelbrock four-barrel carburetors and a four-speed manual transmission. Mechanical restoration within the last decade, including the motor and rear end, and retains relatively low mileage since those updates. Red paint with a black vinyl interior, complemented by a black cloth convertible top in great condition. The chrome and brightwork, including the front grill and bumpers, are well-maintained. Riding on Bridgestone radial tires with steel wheels and dual spinner hubcaps. The overall paint condition is great, free from significant scratches or dings, with only minor imperfections. Inside, the Corvette features black vinyl seats and two-tone heather gray and black carpeting that looks clean, with no rips or holes. Functional equipment such as the AM Wonderbar radio and updated front brakes are highlighted, though the tachometer is noted as non-operational. Battery, oil pressure, temp, and fuel gauges are reading. Additional items like weather stripping parts and bumperettes are included and will be provided to the buyer. Great exhaust note due to long tube headers and dual exhaust system. Featuring an aluminum radiator, Edelbrock intake manifold, and MSD ignition components, chrome alternator and chrome valve covers.. The convertible top, a manual folding design, is tight and near-new in appearance, with clear rear and side glass free from damage. Equipped with a 3.73 rear axle gear ratio, newer front brakes, the wipers work, and the tires are older but in good shape. On the road, strong accelleration, a great sound, admirable cornering ability, and smooth shifting through its four-speed manual gearbox.
