1960 Studebaker Hawk – 289 V8, Automatic, Rare C-Body Coupe This 1960 Studebaker Hawk is a rare C-body 2-door coupe, powered by a 289 V8 paired with an automatic transmission. Only 4,507 Hawks were built that year, and this car is #2,851 in production. The 1960 model marked the final evolution of the Hawk’s classic design, now featuring the 289 cubic-inch, 210-horsepower V8 as standard (225 hp optional). It also introduced key upgrades, including a heavier-duty rear axle, clutch, cooling system, and reinstated finned drum brakes for improved performance. This example includes the rear flip-out window and features the later two-nut valve covers, correct for mid-to-late 1960 production. Can I Speak directly with the owner? With all the rising scams on Craigslist and other sites, sellers list with us to protect their privacy. So in most cases the owner only wants to talk with ClassicCarDeals and we deal with the buyer, but there is a rare occasion where we can do a 3 Way phone Call with the owner. We and the owner are more than happy to get any and all questions and pictures that you need to make a sound decision.
Is The Car Available? The inventory on our site changes all the time, so there may be a small number of cars that will be sold when you call.
