"1959 Hillman Husky sedan delivery. The car was originally purchased in California in 1974 by its current owner, who sold it at one point but reacquired it 34 years later, maintaining it for the past seven to eight years. Due to a recent decision to downsize, the vehicle is now offered for sale. Riding on 15 inch steel wheels, with centercaps and like-new radial tires. Under the hood, the Hillman Husky is powered by a 1,390cc inline four-cylinder engine that has been meticulously overhauled with hardened valve seats, resurfaced heads, a rebuilt carburetor, and a new exhaust system. The car runs on a 12-volt electrical system and features a manual transmission with an ""extra low"" or ""granny"" gear, effectively making it a four-speed gearbox. The speedometer and horn are inop. Aftermarket gauges working, complemented by a few tasteful updates like a Bluetooth capable stereo. Inside are very nice condition black fabric seats and carpeting, with manual controls including switches for wipers, backup lights, headlights, and choke. Under the hood, a nicely painted engine bay with a chrome valve cover. The exterior paint and chrome look great, it has been repainted and restored to very nice condition. On the road a smooth and fun driving experience, and an easy to steer, tiny and capable classic. Offering practical features like wing windows for ventilation, storage area on the lower dash, and a cargo area behind the rear bench seat.
