MAXmotive of Pittsburgh
1105 Pittsburgh St
Cheswick, PA 15024
This 1957 Chevrolet 210 2-door sedan combines the iconic styling of Chevrolet’s legendary Tri-Five with the performance and drivability enthusiasts appreciate. Rather than an all-original restoration, this car has been thoughtfully built as a traditional street machine featuring proven components that make it equally enjoyable around town or on the highway.
Power comes from a GM Performance 350 Cubic inch crate V8 fitted with aluminum cylinder heads, an edelbrock aluminum dual-quad intake, dual edelbrock 4-barrel carburetors v8 sound and performance.
Backing the engine is a Tremec TR-3550 5-speed manual transmission that delivers crisp shifting while allowing comfortable highway cruising. Power is transferred through a GM drop-out rear axle equipped with 3.36:1 gears, providing an excellent balance between acceleration and relaxed interstate driving.
The chassis features front disc brakes, manual steering, manual brakes, traction bars, and an aluminum radiator. Vintage Center Line aluminum wheels wrapped in Cooper Cobra Radial G/T tires complete the traditional hot rod appearance while maintaining excellent street manners.
Inside, the factory-style interior retains its classic appearance while adding useful upgrades including Auto Gauge auxiliary gauges for fuel level, oil pressure, amperage, and water temperature, along with an Auto Meter Auto Gage 8,000 RPM column-mounted tachometer. An updated Delco AM/FM cassette stereo provides period-correct entertainment.
Finished in an attractive blue exterior with a gray bench seat interior, this 1957 Chevrolet 210 is an honest, well-sorted driver that offers classic Tri-Five styling, dependable GM crate-engine performance, and the enjoyment of rowing through all five gears. Whether you’re headed to local cruise nights, weekend shows, or simply looking for one of Chevrolet’s most recognizable classics to enjoy on the open road, this ‘57 is ready for its next owner.
