Vehicle Description
1957 Chevrolet 210 $64,995
If you're on this site browsing cars, odds are that at some point, you have probably fantasized about owning a Tri-Five Chevy like this Matador Red 1957 Chevrolet 210. Tastefully modified, this two-door hardtop has all of its polished chrome in the right places and retains its classically sporty look, which so many of us have fallen in love with over the years.
Inside, we find a restored, original-looking black, white, and grey interior featuring a split bench front seat, two-spoke, dual-rimmed steering wheel with its Two Ten center cap. The three-pod gauge cluster, with its big 120 mph speedometer flanked by a temperature and fuel gauge on either side. Push/pull HVAC knobs handle cabin temperature, while an old-school analog clock and Chevrolet logo fill up the passenger side of the expansive dashboard. An original AM radio sits in its production location, while a newer AM/FM cassette head unit is tucked away in the glove box. Heat and defrost, along with a dome light attached to a well-done headliner, round out the interior of this beauty.
Under that signature '57 hood, we find a 350 cubic-inch V-8. Originally created as a 1981 heavy-duty truck engine, this small-block has been upgraded with a single four-barrel Holley carburetor and Summit aluminum intake. A true dual exhaust capped off with a pair of Flowtech Performance Mufflers gives this '57 the sound it needs. That power is funneled through a two-speed column-shifted Powerglide automatic transmission before heading out to a set of fifteen-inch wheels shod in 205/75R-15 white-walled tires.
