The 1957 Cadillac Eldorado was designed specifically to compete with the Continental Mark II series. A new tubular �X� frame design was used on all models which provided improved structural rigidity. The Eldorado offered unique front and rear facias and sculpted rear quarter panels with stainless steel �beauty panels� setting apart from other models in the Cadillac lineup. One of the most beautiful cars of its time, the Eldorado is still regarded as a piece of rolling art.
