Drager's Classics
1645 Walton Drive
Burlington, WA 98233
1955 GMC PU. DGT5961A VIN 1028PY5961 we bought this pick up originally out of Boise Idaho. We sold it and had a couple things done to it like the seat was all reupholstered. We then took it back in on trade on another vehicle we had and so it's back up for sale again. This was a one family owned truck. The grandfather bought a brand new, and I bought it from the granddaughter inBoise ID. This it is an early V-8 truck. GMC installed a 287 V-8 engine from Pontiac. The transmission is a compound low four-speed. The truck has a new gas tank sending unit. The tires are in very good condition. The paint looks really good. You will find some nicks and scratches but overall the body looks great. We did not find any rust except 3 small spots on the underside. The underside is really straight and solid. Looks good. The interior has a newly upholstered seat and the rest of the interior is in decent condition. The engine compartment is clean and it looks good with that Pontiac V8 engine in it. Recent new wood bed and it looks good. Andrew has been driving it back-and-forth right now. Andrew says it runs and drives great. He also said the transmission is a little stiff to shift. We took it in and they installed a new clutch and now it shifts very good. Has a little play in the steering wheel but it tracks straight. This truck has very good eyeball. It's not a show truck. So you can drive it like Andrew did and enjoy it. We've got it working much better now and should give you many many miles of good service.

My name is Jeri Drager. My Dad, Otto, started Drager's in 1934. We've been in Seattle since 1950 and I've been working in the family business since 1960.
We have a great location that I call Drager's Clubhouse. It's every guys dream garage with ample outside parking, even a lawn. Inside we have a big screen TV, two sound systems that can shake the building and a dance floor. We have a two-post lift that enables us to inspect, clean and photograph the underside of vehicles.
We operate mainly by appointment.
