The custom engine bay is beautifully detailed and features a custom engine cover incorporating the original Buick VentiPorts, giving the modern powerplant a distinctly Buick appearance. The LS3 is paired with a 4L60E automatic transmission and backed by a Ford 9-inch rear end, providing a combination of power, reliability, and modern drivability that is a considerable step beyond the original powertrain.
