"1952 Plymouth Cranbrook convertible. This particular hard to find vehicle has undergone a restoration and remains a reliable, well-maintained example of early 1950s American automotive design. Key mechanical features include a 3.6 L (217.8 cubic inches) inline L-head six-cylinder engine paired with a three-speed manual transmission and overdrive. Recent maintenance such as a new exhaust system (2018), rebuilt power top motors (2020), a Pertronix ignition system (2020), and batteries replaced in 2022. A nice shine with only minor imperfections, complemented by chrome bumpers, Plymouth wheel covers, and wide whitewall radial tires from 2014 in good condition. The convertible power top operates electrically and is camel-colored fabric Haartz top, with no visible tears or damage. Inside, the car features a two-tone beige and red interior with some wear on the driver's seat fabric but otherwise well-preserved door panels, functional AM radio, and working heater controls. Seat belts have been added, and four new wheel cylinders installed. Powered by the 6 volt system. The blower motor is functional. The vehicle runs smoothly, with gauges functioning properly, including amp meter, fuel, oil pressure, and temperature gauges. An electric fuel pump toggle has been added under the dash. On the road the car is refined and easy to drive, the smoothness and quietness of the engine, likened to a sewing machine.
