This 1950 Chevrolet 3100 1/2 Ton Pickup Truck is an outstanding example of a classic American workhorse that has been extensively upgraded and transformed into a high-quality custom street truck. The chassis has been thoroughly upgraded with tubular A-arms, 2-inch drop spindles, power rack-and-pinion steering, power steering, four-link rear suspension with adjustable coil-over shocks, and power four-wheel disc brakes. A frame-mounted dual-reservoir brake booster provides confident stopping performance. The exterior retains classic 3100 styling with modern touches, including a painted front bumper, chrome grille, LED turn signals, shaved door handles with poppers, hidden door hinges, one-piece window glass, and a custom roll pan. The truck rides on 15-inch wheels with trim rings and hubcaps, wrapped in brand new Cooper Cobra white letter radial tires. Inside, the custom upholstered interior is finished in red and white and blends vintage charm with modern convenience. Past & Present Motor Cars was founded in June of 2018 by Jack and Jeff and began in 2 small warehouses in Ocala and Winter Garden, Florida. After seeing the business have steady growth in the first year and a half in March 2020 we moved our Main Location in Winter Garden to a new location that at the time seemed huge. We were a little nervous to take on this larger building and higher rent but we knew we had to THINK BIG. After getting moved in, that was the start of Covid. Just after getting settled in we put signs on the door saying we were only open by appointment. While it was a tough time in the world it actually was a good time to be in the car business especially the classic car business and we continued to see steady growth. After 2 1/2 years in that location we proceeded to acquire 4 buildings and lease a 5th building. This allowed for the operation we have today with 150+ Classic Cars and a Service Department. We are still doing the same thing we have done everyday since we opened, Great Customer Service, Owners that are Available and Accessible for our customers and very happy to talk cars anytime anywhere.
