"STK 3890 1949 Ford Custom Woody Wagon
This solid 1949 Ford 'Woody' wagon was restored in 2009 with many mechanical upgrades. The body of the vintage wagon appears to have most of the original exterior wood components. The wood has been refinished and the body has been carefully resprayed in dark green. All chrome and trim is in very good condition. The wagon strikes a nice stance on steel wheels w/trim rings/caps that mount Coker wide-white radial tires. A 'continental tire kit' completes the exterior package. This is the 'Country Squire' of '49 wagons with 3-row seating. The custom interior is upholstered in tan vinyl and the classic dash is fitted with a digital instrument pod and AM radio. A tilt column has been installed along with a custom wheel and window glass is lightly tinted. Wooden door panels, carpeting and headliner are all in good condition. The wagon is equipped with a modern Sanden A/C package, but it needs TLC at the moment. The engine compartment is home for a rebuilt Ford 351ci Windsor V8 equipped with an aluminum intake/4V carb, electronic ignition and mild cam. Electrics have been converted to 12-volt and an aluminum radiator w/electric fan handles cooling. It is backed by a C4 3-speed automatic transmission. The chassis is equipped with rack/pinion power steering and power disc brakes w/dual master cylinder. This rare Ford Woody wagon will not be in our inventory long - it belongs in your Blue Oval garage. ALL VEHICLES SOLD ""AS IS"".

Our indoor showroom is positioned on the southeast corner of the property with 60,000 square feet of sales floor space and storage. Our facility offers a high tech security system to keep your vehicle well protected and out of the elements.
As a means of continuing a close tie with classic car owners and enthusiasts, we offer a meeting room for car clubs and other groups to hold meetings, parties and other special events. Our space consists of 1,700 square feet set up with countertops, tables and chairs to handle your refreshment needs. We can also provide information on local catering services upon request. Call us to reserve a date and time. This space is offered free of charge upon approval of event.
