"1947 Ford Super Deluxe Tudor Sedan. Dark navy blue paint with a gray interior, retaining many original features and period-correct details such as the Ford flathead V8 engine, three-speed manual transmission (""three-on-the-tree""). Riding on painted to match steel wheels with beauty rings and center caps with Firestone wide white wall bias ply tires. Premium chrome accessories and trim, includes bumper guards (""bumperettes"") and polished tailpipe tips. There is a missing button on the driver's door panel and the fuel gauge is inop. The reliable flathead V8 operates smoothly and quietly, running a 6 volt system, with original factory gauges largely functional aside from the fuel gauge. Recent maintenance includes a new turn signal switch , new battery and new passenger side water pump. Working wipers, and functioning blower motor under the dash. On the road an easy, smooth running car with original style bench seats, wing windows, easy to steer and feels period correct.
