1941 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible Sedan Rare pre-war luxury classic, this 1941 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible Sedan is one of only approximately 400 produced and represents the final year of Cadillac’s four-door convertible sedan design. Highlights: One of ~400 Produced 346ci Flathead V8 (150 HP) Hydramatic Automatic Transmission Designed Under Harley Earl Leather Interior Cloth Convertible Top with Boot Cover Full Fender Skirts Wide Whitewall Tires & Hubcaps Spot Light & Integrated Fog Lights Heater & Defroster Spare Tire Included 8-Volt Electrical System Condition: The exterior paint presents very well with good overall finish, and the body panels fit properly. Glass and chrome are in good condition, and the car sits straight and solid. The undercarriage is dry with no visible rust. Inside, the leather seats, door panels, and carpets are in excellent condition, and the gauges are clear and functional in appearance. Mechanical: The car starts easily, idles smoothly, and drives as expected. Transmission shifts correctly, steering is light, and braking is adequate. It does not smoke and runs well. A minor radiator seepage is noted along with an inoperative radio and clock. A new battery and fuel pump have been installed, and the car remains mechanically solid and enjoyable to drive. A highly collectible, low-production Cadillac with strong presence and excellent curb appeal. So in most cases the owner only wants to talk with ClassicCarDeals and we deal with the buyer, but there is a rare occasion where we can do a 3 Way phone Call with the owner. We and the owner are more than happy to get any and all questions and pictures that you need to make a sound decision.
