"1939 Ford 4 Door Deluxe Sedan Convertible. DGC2906 VIN. 184972906. This car is a beauty! The paint and body are excellent...it appears to be black but it's really dark green. Tropical Green lacquer painted 1993, Original 16"" Steel wheels, Original 16"" Wheel Rings, Original Ford V8 Center Caps. 600 X 16"" Wide white wall tires, Original Chrome Front & Rear Bumper, Original Stainless in show condition, Original Front/side glass, Original Rear taillight/headlight Lens, Original Banjo Steering Wheel. Original gauges, Original clock, Original factory installed heater. Top was replaced in 1993, The standard 6 volt system survived, Drive Train: Original 221 Flathead V8 - 85 HP, 3 Speed Manual Transmission. This car was driven by the original owner for 27 years in Massachusetts. The second owner, from Rhode Island, had a 40 car collection where he stored his cars in an environment-controlled facility - he purchased this car in 1966 - did annual maintenance and then the upgrades to paint, upholstery and top all to factory specifications in 1993. He had this car in his collection for 53 years.I have not found any signs of rust anywhere in this car. The floorpans look to be original with no signs of any patching. The engine runs smooth and the car drives great. The engine was given a tune up in 2019 along with a new brake master cylinder. The interior looks immaculate. I haven't had the chance to put very many miles on this car, but have really enjoyed what I have done so far. We will have this car serviced and safety checked soon, but I don't think it will need much. The car drives like it looks, smooth running, quiet, easy steering and shifting. This would be a great car for any parade or car show. Very rare, may be only a couple of hundred of this original condition model left in the world. We sold this 1939 in 2020 and we just bought it back only because he ran out of storage area we were happy to get it back it's a great car hardly any miles on it and he went through the brakes even replace the brake lines so that's all new. Black Market Speed Just serviced and safety checked the 39 It's ready to go.

My name is Jeri Drager. My Dad, Otto, started Drager's in 1934. We've been in Seattle since 1950 and I've been working in the family business since 1960.
We have a great location that I call Drager's Clubhouse. It's every guys dream garage with ample outside parking, even a lawn. Inside we have a big screen TV, two sound systems that can shake the building and a dance floor. We have a two-post lift that enables us to inspect, clean and photograph the underside of vehicles.
We operate mainly by appointment.
