1932 Ford Tudor Sedan In the world of Street Rodding it is pretty tough find a better starting point than the 1932 Ford. For many years these have been the "go-to" vehicle for the Hot Rodding and Street Rodding world. In general, the term "Street Rod" refers to a pre-1949 vehicle that has been fully upgraded with modern features but it is tough to point out a poster car that beats out the 1932 Deuce. Their popularity is so great that entire industries have emerged to remanufacture their look in fiberglass. Well this awesome '32 Ford Tudor Sedan is not one of those and is all original Henry Ford steel. These originally came with a cloth insert but this one has been filled with steel and is so well done it doesn't look like it was ever any other way. The fit and finish are excellent throughout with great bodylines and the doors are nice and tight. It is painted in a Copper Metallic that looks great and really pops when you get it out in the sun. It has a 4 piece steel hood with old school louvers on the tops and sides. Some very cool original features like the fog lights, external hinges and working cowl have been purposely kept in place and hint at its original steel status. Down the center of the hood is the original style stainless trim and it also has original style bumpers, chrome taillights, and chrome headlights with headlight bar. The windows are all in good condition and it has a chrome windshield frame which still pops out like from the factory. The rear glass has some very classy etching work that looks great. The car has a great stance and the polished Halibrand wheels (front - 14x6, rear - 15x8) are true knock offs and suit the car perfectly. The AltiMAX all season touring tires are 185-70-14 in the front and 235-70-15 in rear. Open up one side of the hood and you will reveal the 1966 Chevrolet Corvette 327 that has been bored .30 over. It is freshly built with only 600 miles on it since being installed so this drivetrain has a long life ahead of it. It is built up with a Crane hydraulic cam, Crane lifters, Crane springs, Crane roller rockers, a Cutler tuned port electronic fuel injection, and Cutler intake manifold. It was fully tuned by Bob Reams at "Imagine Feel Injection" out of Glendale, AZ so it runs smoothly and is ready to hit the road. The motor is very show ready with nice finned valve covers and chrome/polished components everywhere you look. Even the firewall is fitted with polished aluminum. Cooling is provided by the Walker radiator with copper core and the 16 inch electric fan with shroud. The car sounds great through custom exhaust into Magnaflow mufflers that exit through chrome tips out of the rear. Backing up the motor is a TCI Turbo 350 automatic with converter, shift kit and heat sink cooler. That converts power back to the Ford 9 inch posi rear with Richmond 3.50 gears and even the housing is nicely painted to match the body. The X-braced frame is painted as well so the underneath is very worthy of showing off. It has 11 inch Wilwood power disc brakes in front with 4 piston calipers and polished billet hubs. The rear is 11 inch drums and the system is fitted with a polished dual master cylinder with 8 inch vacuum booster. It has a 2 inch drop and polished Super Bell front end with chrome bat wings and hair pins. It also has adjustable rear coil overs for a smooth ride. Other nice mechanical features include the Mullins steering box, Vintage AC and 55 psi fuel pump. The car is very reliable and starts up the first time every time. It is turn key and very responsive. It is very nicely finished out inside with a Saddle Brown interior that looks great. The adjustable front bucket seats feature lap belts and very cool custom stitching on the headrests. The dash is a combination of painted components with a Woodgrain bezel to house the White Classic Instrument gauges. The Vintage Air system utilizes a combination of underdash vents and in dash vents. The car even has an electronic cruise control system! They really thought of everything to make the car a great looker and performer as well. In front of the driver is a Flaming River chrome tilt column topped off with a Banjo style Flaming River half wrap steering wheel. This is an extremely well done car that is ready for a new home. It has all the features you could ask for and is absolutely beautiful in person. Compare it to others on the market and you will note it is being offered up for a very reasonable price. It could be yours for $52,000.00!
