"1930 Chevrolet 3-window coupe, featuring an all-steel body. Powered by a period-correct inline six-cylinder engine with a 194 cubic inch displacement, paired with a 3-speed manual transmission. While the car is operational and can run and drive, it is categorized as a running driving project that requires some mechanical and cosmetic attention before it can be taken on longer drives. It's been converted to a 12-volt electrical system, with new components like a distributor cap, rotor, points, and condenser installed. The exterior showing green paint with black fenders, has some imperfections and checking. Riding on the original steel wheels with Chevy hub caps, the wide whitewall bias-ply tires will need replacement due to age. The front chrome bumper is in decent shape, and the vehicle retains its era-correct styling cues such as the rear-mounted spare tire and the fuel tank at the back. Our technicians note an inoperative choke, play in the kingpins, and inoperative lights. The interior features period-appropriate tan design elements, including a great condition velour-finished seat, wooden steering wheel, and door panels that reflect the early 1930s style. The car starts and runs smoothly once the choke is manually operated.
